The Luminaire has appointed Marc Dolman as commercial director, moving from his position as head of sales and service for Audley Travel’s USA division.
Dolman spent 16 years at Audley Travel, progressing from country specialist to global leadership positions within the company, heading up the Asia programme before focusing on the brand’s US business.
Dolman said: “I’m excited to help expand The Luminaire’s concept of curiosity-driven travel. It’s what luxury travel is moving towards, and I’m delighted to be joining such a talented team on this next chapter of growth.”
Adam Sebba, chief executive of The Luminaire, said he was “thrilled” to welcome Dolman to the team, adding: “He’s working with our talented colleagues to evolve our product development and build a best-in-class service experience. It’s a significant endorsement of The Luminaire’s vision to add someone of Marc’s seasoned background to the team.”
The Luminaire was the winner of the 2022 John Hays Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the Travel Industry Awards by TTG.
