Banyan Tree Phuket has launched a new wellness “enclave” within the resort for clients seeking a deeper wellbeing experience.
The much-loved Thai property’s Banyan Tree Wellbeing Sanctuary features 12 “eco-sustainable” pool villas featuring their own 17.5sqm pools and sunbathing areas.
Guests will be able to call on the services of therapists and residential practitioners to create personalised treatments and wellness sessions, including massages, naturopathy, wellness talks, herbal workshops, meditation and guided detox or fitness programmes.
There will also be an emphasis on sleep with services such as daily massages, patent lighting, binaural music and organic cotton bed linen – all designed to improve the quality of guests’ sleep.
The villas also feature an alarm clock that “mimics sunrise and the early-morning nature sounds for an organic, natural wake up”.
Guests can choose from up to 50 wellbeing activities per week, including Thai boxing, yoga, Pilates, mediation and herbal therapy.
Nightly rates start at £360 based on two adults sharing a Wellbeing Pool villa.
