The luxury tour operator is determined to support its agent partners in making bigger sales in 2025 by investing in educational fam trips across its portfolio.
Carrier has said it will elevate its fam trip offerings in 2025, as part of its mission to continue to support its agent partners.
“We are looking to raise the bar with our calendar of trips this year and we are investing more than ever before,” Lee Marshall, head of trade partnerships at the luxury tour operator, tells TTG Luxury. “The destinations and trips featured will cover the breadth of our portfolio.”
Carrier also aims to expand the number of bookings that top £100,000 in 2025, having seen a steady increase in high value trips over the past two years.
“We aim to give our agent partners the tools to help acquire and service these types of bookings effectively through all of the above and through our marketing campaigns,” Marshall adds.
Carrier will also be continuing its live webinars, which launched in 2023 to enhance agents’ understanding of the product.
“They will continue this year starting at some point in Q1,” says Marshall. “We plan to hold a minimum of eight sessions covering the breadth of the Carrier portfolio, and they will focus on expertise and elevation.
“The webinar format is designed to highlight how Carrier differs from competitors; they are not flat PowerPoint presentations and instead take a more emotive and conversational approach.
“We aim to offer useful nuggets of information to help elevate bookings. We also focus on emphasising how our travel experts manage the enquiries and how agents benefit from Carrier’s strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring their clients are particularly well taken care of and their travel experiences go truly beyond the ordinary.”
As previously reported by TTG Luxury, spring 2025 also marks the launch of Alchemy, Carrier’s exclusive business course for advisors.
There will be just 12 places on the programme, which will feature a mix of virtual and in-person classes across three separate sessions between March and September. The training will be taught by Sinead Healy, who also attended Carrier’s Retreat in Corfu last May to give talks on personal development for agents. More details on the course will be revealed next week.
