Coppa Club has opened the doors to its 11th location, The Bath Townhouse.
It’s located on Old Bond Street in Bath’s shopping district, and is housed in a Grade II listed property, with a Georgian facade and original Art Deco features.
The ground floor hosts the main restaurant, bar and cafe space, while the second floor offers the Upstairs at The Townhouse all-day lounge and bar serving cocktails and food. It will also feature the Oval Room private dining room.
The group’s chief executive Yishay Malkov said: “It’s a unique and intriguing space, characterised by its art deco staircase and Georgian facade, right in the centre of the city and with its very own louche-luxe concept.
“We hope it will provide an exciting new offering for locals and tourists, a place for guests to come no matter the time of day for a fun, vibrant atmosphere. Our Upstairs at The Townhouse space is also a first for Coppa Club and adds another dimension to our all-day venue. By offering a new idea to the Bath all-day dining scene, we hope to cement our place within the community,” he added.
Design has been overseen by interior designer Gina Brennand, and features the brand’s trademark style on the ground floor, with tiled flooring, painted tambour panelling and a vibrant colour palette.
A large mural inspired by artist Sonia Delauney features behind the stairs, and Upstairs at The Townhouse uses a warm colour palette.
The opening follows the Surrey launch of The Georgian, Coppa Club in Haslemere this spring, which was the brand’s third location to offer hotel rooms.
