Elegant Resorts launches loyalty scheme for agents
The luxury tour operator says it hopes the new initiative will encourage partnerships with more agents.
The operator said the new loyalty initiative is part of its commitment to thanking the trade for bookings.
Called Connoisseur, the scheme will offer advisors a range of benefits, including complimentary airport assistance for clients, guaranteed spots at events and familiarisation trips.
The programme features two tiers; the first being Connoisseur Gold membership, which will be awarded to agents who achieve bookings totalling £75,000 between 1 January and 31 December 2023. Those who meet the threshold by year-end will be enrolled in the 2025 cohort.
The second category, Connoisseur Platinum, is reserved for agents who have secured bookings totalling £150,000 between that same period.
Benefits of both tiers include promotional assets to highlight Connoisseur status, access to dedicated luxury travel specialists and concierge services, and joint marketing opportunities.
Agents with Connoisseur Platinum status will be entitled to a number of additional perks, including guaranteed spots on fam trips, guaranteed attendance at all annual events, co-branded marketing brochures and quotation documents featuring agency branding.
They will also receive priority access to luxury travel specialists, as well as guaranteed attendance at Elegant Resorts’ Luxury Academy and Awards Ceremony.

In addition to this programme, we have thrilling plans for 2025, including exclusive events and exceptional fam trips, and we want our top agents to be involved throughout the year.”
