Groupe Barriere opens 12th Brasserie Fouquet’s
Groupe Barriere has launched its second upscale Brasserie Fouquet’s in the UAE, located opposite the world’s highest skyscraper, the Burj Khalifa.
The restaurant is the 12th brasserie Fouquet’s, and follows recent launches in New York and Abu Dhabi.
The venue extends over several floors, with a cafe, brasserie and rooftop. Brasserie Fouquet’s Dubai features red velvet armchairs, wood panelling and black and white portraits of stars from the silver screen.
In Cafe Fouquet’s customers can enjoy a traditional Parisian culinary escapade, among red parasols and traditional Parisian cafe-style tables and wicker chairs.
Le Toit is located on the rooftop, offering cocktails and skyline views, while Salon Diane is a private room catering for up to 12 people.
