Inclusive Collection, part of World of Hyatt, hosted its first trip for UK and Irish agents in its Travel Advisory Board (TAB), inviting them to offer the brand specialist trade insight and feedback.
TAB includes representatives from a small number of key agency partners, who share their thoughts on Inclusive Collection’s current and proposed product and services. Lauren Mack, head of business development and trade marketing said the aim was to “ensure the hotel group is as trade-friendly as possible.”
In September Mack hosted the group at Breathless Cancun Soul & Impression Moxche by Secrets, and the agents also spent time at the recently opened Impression Isla Mujeres by Secrets.
Mack said: “It was fantastic to spend time with the TAB members and gain valuable insight into both theirs and their customers’ needs. With so many exciting upcoming plans for Inclusive Collection, such as an education and rewards platform scheduled for 2024, it’s essential that we keep requirements for the trade front of mind.”
The group includes Kelly Baldwin, Aspire Travel; Bernie Wheelan, Travel Counsellors Ireland; Sally Ward, Baldwins Travel; Angela Briggs, Designer Travel; Jennifer Lynch, ArrangeMy Escape; Emma Ramm, Barrhead Travel; Mark Swords, Swords Travel; and Dave Palmer, Perfect Getaways.
Forming part of TTG Luxury's Day of Luxury, the new-look TTG Luxury Travel Summit will return on the afternoon of Friday 3 November at the stunning Kimpton Fitzroy, London.
