It’s time to enter the TTG Luxury Travel Awards 2024

The awards are free to enter, and for 2024, entry forms feature clearly defined sections, showing exactly the kind of detail judges will be looking for under areas such as Marketing; Training & Product Knowledge; Customer Service; Sustainable Travel; Your Workplace; and Business Performance. 

“We want everyone to have as good a chance as possible of winning – and that comes from telling us as much as you can under these areas,” said April Hutchinson, editor and publisher, TTG Luxury. “We have packed the form with lots of pointers to make it easier for entrants to tell us how they shine.” 

There are eight agent categories, this year including New Luxury Travel Designer of the Year, and back for 2024 after its debut in 2023 is Luxury Travel Big Idea of the Year. Swords Travel picked up three awards in 2023, including this one, with CEO and founder Mark Swords saying the wins had helped accelerate the business. 

“Whenever we win awards, we are very proactive and let our local media sources know to ensure we get maximum publicity. The awards are evidence to our clients that we work hard, we are trustworthy and that we strive to be the best we can be,” said Swords. 

“Our business has grown from strength to strength on the back of winning awards, and not only does it attract new clients and recognition from existing clients but it also encourages new talent to join our business. Lastly, being recognised for the awards give us good PR from a supplier perspective too. 

"To anyone considering entering, I would say take some solid, non-distracted time out to plan – I allocate a day for it, as the results off the back of it can be huge, so it is a worthwhile investment of my time.” 

There are eight categories for suppliers too, including a split for hotel companies into two categories this year, allowing smaller groups a chance to shine separately from larger global companies. 

There are also two Special Categories which both agencies and suppliers can enter – the return of Luxury Travel Workplace of the Year and the Sustainability Hero of the Year category.

The closing date for entries is Friday 3 November, and the event takes place at Raffles London at The OWO on Friday 1 March, 2024.
