The final Luxpo event of the year is set to take place in December, attracting premium agents from across the UK to meet with a range of suppliers from around the world.
Taking place online using TTG Media’s sophisticated virtual events platform, agents can choose to attend Luxpo on either Tuesday 14 or Wednesday 15 December, taking part in 10 meetings over the course of their selected morning.
Launched in 2015, Luxpo has established itself as one of the UK’s highest regarded dedicated multi-sector, luxury-focused, one-to-one meetings events.
“We continue to bring the world into agents’ homes and offices, providing online training and meetings as travel continues to pick up,” said April Hutchinson, editor of TTG Luxury. “We ensure a diverse and useful mix of partners so that agents can just log on and enjoy seeing industry contacts, coming away feeling inspired and full of ideas for clients.”
At the upcoming event, agents will be able to get inspiration and updates from AMR Collection, which has resorts across Spain, Greece and the Caribbean; from The Romanos, a Luxury Collection Resort at Costa Navarino on the Greek mainland, and Domes Resorts, also in Greece.
Attendees will also be able to meet with Kimpton Naranta Bali, which will be launching on the island in March, and Lily Beach Resort & Spa and Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa in the Maldives. Also online to see agents in 15-minute video meetings will be Hummingbird, a wholesaler and ground handler for the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Mauritius and the Seychelles.
Agents will also be able to get help on itinerary planning and suggestions for restaurants, attractions, tour guides, hotels and unique experiences from the Vienna Tourist Board. Visit Brussels will also join Luxpo for the first time, sharing tips with agents on this cosmopolitan “world city”, home to 180 different nationalities.
“From the supplier perspective, we remain committed to offering a platform where anyone from around the world can come and plug into our turnkey set-up on our advanced virtual events platform and meet with some of the UK’s best agents, hand-picked by our team,” added Hutchinson. “This virtual format allows for time-efficient, informative, one-to-one meetings with 20 agents during the two days suppliers are online with us.”
The stage has also been set for 2022, with Luxpo events scheduled to take place in March, June and September.
