Which are your top recommendations for new chauffeur vehicles with the wow factor? 

When it comes to recommending chauffeur vehicles with the wow factor, several options stand out due to their combination of luxury, performance, and cutting-edge features including Rolls-Royce Phantom. Its powerful performance and smooth ride make it a symbol of prestige and sophistication. The Bentley Mulsanne is a flagship sedan known for its opulence and refinement. The Mercedes-Maybach S-Class represents the pinnacle of Mercedes-Benz craftsmanship. The Range Rover Autobiography is a high-end SUV that blends refined style with off-road capabilities. In our electric fleet, the Tesla Model X adds an extra touch of coolness to every journey. I could keep going, but that is my top five for now.

And for clients who want an incredible private rental car, what would you suggest? 

Now we are in supercar territory. For an incredible experience, I would consider the Lamborghini Aventador, an iconic supercar that embodies power, speed, and extreme performance. Another Italian model is Ferrari 488 Pista, a masterpiece of Italian engineering, known for its aggressive styling, impressive aerodynamics, and blistering acceleration. The Porsche 911 Turbo S is a high-performance sports car that blends luxury, style, and exceptional driving dynamics.

 

Moving onto British cool and craftsmanship, I would recommend either then Aston Martin DB1, the grand touring coupe that combines elegance, sophistication and exhilarating performance or the Bentley Continental GT, a grand tourer renowned for its refined craftsmanship, luxurious interior and effortless performance. Whether it’s the raw power of a Lamborghini or the refined elegance of a Bentley, these vehicles are sure to provide clients with an incredible driving experience they won’t forget. What are some of the personalised features and amenities you can tailor to individual clients? 

We understand that travel agents have unique requirements and their clients expect a high level of personalisation. You started your career at LVMH, working on Fendi and Louis Vuitton. How did that experience shape the way you developed Rolzo? 

Ultimately, this early point in my career laid the foundations for a commitment to excellence, a focus on client experience, and a relentless  drive for innovation. These elements have played a vital role in shaping the development and success of Rolzo as a luxury travel platform. I gained invaluable insights into the luxury industry which greatly influenced my approach to developing Rolzo. Working with these iconic brands taught me the importance of attention to detail, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional quality. These principles are deeply ingrained in Rolzo’s DNA, ensuring that we provide top-notch service and an impeccable fleet of vehicles to our discerning clientele. 

 

My time at LVMH exposed me to the significance of client experience and personalisation. I witnessed firsthand how luxury brands prioritise creating unique and unforgettable experiences for their clients. This inspired me to prioritise personalisation and exceed our clients’ expectations with tailored services and a seamless booking process. It also instilled in me a passion for innovation and staying ahead of the curve. At Rolzo, we continuously strive to embrace new technologies and develop cutting-edge solutions to enhance our services and remain at the forefront of the travel industry.

What are your key focuses around sustainability? 

We are committed to incorporating sustainability practices into our operations to minimise our environmental impact, prioritising the inclusion of eco-friendly and fuel-efficient vehicles in our fleet and actively participating in carbon offset programs to compensate for the emissions generated by our fleet. This involves investing in projects that promote renewable energy, reforestation, and other initiatives that contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

 

We optimise our route planning to minimise mileage and fuel consumption. We promote eco-friendly practices among our staff and partners encouraging responsible fuel consumption, waste reduction, and recycling initiatives, partnering with suppliers and vendors who share our commitment to sustainability. We prioritise digital processes to minimise paper usage. We are also very aware that this is a continuous improvement as ongoing research and innovation is identified. We monitor industry advancements, technological improvements, and emerging trends to continuously improve our sustainability efforts. We recognise the importance of balancing exceptional service with responsible environmental stewardship, and we strive to lead by example in the pursuit of a more sustainable future.

What are the challenges in arranging door-to-door travel, and how do you overcome them? 

Common challenges include coordination and timing, logistics and route planning, last-minute changes, safety and security and language and cultural differences. By employing efficient communication channels, closely collaborating with our partners and leveraging technology to ensure smooth synchronisation of all travel components, we are able to overcome most challenges alongside our dedicated client support teams on hand 24/7. 

 

Regarding safety and security, we only partner with trusted and licensed providers, conducting thorough background checks, and maintaining a comprehensive safety protocol to mitigate risks and ensure a secure travel experience. Navigating language barriers and cultural differences can pose challenges when arranging door-to-door travel in international destinations for which we have a multilingual team that is well-versed in diverse cultures, enabling effective communication and providing assistance tailored to the specific needs of each client.

 

By addressing these challenges with a combination of technology, effective communication, experienced staff, and strategic partnerships, we strive to overcome obstacles and deliver exceptional door-to-door travel experiences for our clients.

Finally, where did the name Rolzo come from?

Inspired by "Roll" and "Zenith," the name "Rolzo" embodies the concept of seamless movement, progress, and reaching new heights, which aligns with the brand's commitment to providing exceptional, high-end, and effortless journeys.
