A group of hospitality executives have joined forces to launch international hospitality management company Kinsfolk & Co. which will launch its first London property in 2024.
Kinsfolk & Co. launched this month in London, led by founder and chief executive Paul Brackley, who was previously managing director of The Beaumont Hotel in Mayfair and general manager of the Shangri-La at The Shard London.
The company plans to build a managed portfolio of hospitality businesses, and has a pipeline of three luxury boutique hotels, including two in central London and one in Europe.
The first London property will open in Fitzrovia in 2024, and the second in Westminster in 2026. Concepts for standalone “neighbourhood restaurants” and luxury serviced apartments are also in development.
Brackley’s team includes people and culture director Ninoska Leppard, who spent 19 years with restaurant giant Corbin & King and The Beaumont Hotel, and eight years at Caprice Holdings. Commercial director Rachel Fearon spent 22 years at Firmdale Hotels, previously working at One Aldwych, London. Chief financial officer Heymo Nyoni recently worked for Standard International, while Stas Anastasiades, restaurants and innovations director, worked for Milsom Hotels and Restaurants for 20 years.
Brackley said: “We are incredibly fortunate to start a completely fresh company, where we can build a community with a shared vision – be that with our team, our partners or our investors. We believe in the power of hospitality, working together within our wider industry. As a collective force, our company will deliver sustainable returns for all our stakeholders.”
Fearon said each opening will be individual and independent, but that all will have “a Kinsfolk & Co. sensibility and golden thread running through.”
The company’s management services will include advisory, asset management, concept creation and design guidelines through to operations.
