The Nobu Hotel Santorini is now welcoming guests, becoming Nobu Hospitality’s first hotel and restaurant in Greece.
The hotel is positioned on a clifftop in Imerovigli and houses a Nobu Restaurant, dual-level infinity pool, a fitness facility and 25 rooms, suites and pool villas.
Day visitors are welcomed at the property, which aims to attract Nobu guests, locals and island visitors.
The restaurant menu features some of co-founder and chef Nobu Matsuhisa iconic dishes, including black cod miso, yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno, fried umami chicken wings and wagyu beef sando. A variety of Greek and Mediterranean dishes and rotating specials will also be available.
The property is described as “a haven for adults” and children must be at least 14 years old to visit. It is a 10-minute drive to the coastal town of Oia and 20 minutes from Santorini (Thira) International Airport.
Nobu Hospitality currently has 14 hotels, including Nobu Hotel Santorini, and 15 more are in the pipeline. Nobu Hotel Roma and Nobu Hotel Marrakesh will debut at the end of 2022, while Nobu Hotel Madrid and Nobu Hotel San Sebastian in Spain will open in 2023.
