Silversea has released new materials to support the trade in a time of reduced bookings during the pandemic.
The ultra-luxury cruise line has revamped its agency platform, renaming it as Marketing Central, and has enhanced the online suite of marketing resources and sales tools.
Silversea said Marketing Central now “provides a convenient, one-stop shop for all marketing needs” making marketing assets, latest incentives and fares easily available to travel advisors, with web pages now optimised for faster loading times.
Customisable agent materials include single and multi-voyage flyers to highlight up to 10 Silversea itineraries; web banners to help boost digital traffic; promotional flyers that can be personalised with the agency’s logo, contact information and a call to action; and invitations for the travel advisor’s own Silversea-branded event.
Additional featured materials for agents to access include Silversea’s latest brochures, toolkits that can be used to build a destination-based campaign, and selling tools designed to generate business and improve skillsets for advisors.
Travel advisors can download Silversea images, videos and logos; view current exclusive offers; access company press releases; and connect with the Silversea sales support team.
The line has also been running Virtual Visits, a series of weekly videos from the line’s global sales and marketing teams to engage and inform agents.
“We are delighted to provide our valued travel advisors with these enhancements to our online suite of marketing resources,” said Barbara Muckermann, Silversea’s chief marketing officer.
“In the current environment, digital marketing is more important than ever and we have moved quickly to enhance our digital marketing tools to support our travel advisor partners with their marketing activities.”
