Travel Counsellors has launched its biggest-ever recruitment push, targeting more than 300 new homeworkers over the next 12 months following a surge in sales last year.
It comes after the homeworking giant on Monday (22 January) revealed it has already booked £350 million worth of departures for this financial year – 30% ahead of the equivalent period last year.
“This is our biggest single recruitment push ever, and we are keen to attract new talent to help take the business to the next level,” said director of franchise sales Matt Harding.
“We set ourselves apart through a unique recruitment approach centred on relationship building, nurturing and transparency to ensure the right fit for each individual that is looking to join us."
Accredited by the Institute of Travel and Tourism, Travel Counsellors’ recruitment approach focuses on supporting new business owners with mentorship programmes as well as personal business coaching and technology.
Looking ahead, Travel Counsellors is poised to invest £15 million in its technology platforms as part of an effort to maintain its current levels of customer care and advice.
It has recorded a strong start to the year, achieving a record-breaking £7.5 million revenue in mid-January while also confirming the acquisition of itinerary management platform Planisto.
