A-Rosa River Cruises has added more than 120 new options to its shore excursion programme for the 2022 season.
A new Exclusive Tours category has been created for this year, which features more than 90 individual or private excursions with a personal chauffeur and/or tour guide.
The excursions include a variety of experiences such as stand-up paddle boarding in Normandy, windsurfing on the Ijsselmeer in Holland, a private gourmet cooking class on the Rhone and a private wine tasting at the Haxel Winery in Cochem.
Six new bike excursions have also been added, including a tour in the new ports of Antwerp and Dordrecht, a cycling trip through the Camargue and a bike tour in the Wachau Valley from Krems to Melk.
The line has also added 14 new excursions to its Discovery Tours offering, including a boat tour through Ghent, a visit to the town of Edam and a trip to the local market in Chalon-Sur-Saone.
Four new trips are available as part of the company’s Adventure Tours category while nine new family excursions feature Antwerp Zoo and Efteling Theme Park.
Lucia Rowe, managing director of A-Rosa River Cruises UK and Ireland, said: "We know that holidaying now is all about making memories with loved ones, and our new excursion programme is packed full of incredible experiences to suit all types of guests.
"We’ve worked hard to offer more variety than ever before and I am sure guests will be surprised by some of the amazing things you can do whilst on a river cruise."
