Craig Liddle has joined Abercrombie & Kent as agency sales manager for the luxury operator’s south-east region.
Liddle brings senior sales experience from roles with Titan Travel and Funway Holidays, and has also worked with brands included Sandals and Uniworld.
He will be responsible for maintaining existing, and building new, relationships with agents in the south-east for A&K and sister brand Cox & Kings, while also driving sales growth.
A&K said Liddle’s "vast experience" would help provide valuable insights and support to agent partners.
Liddle’s appointment follows that of Bryony Boulter, who joined A&K in May from Classic Collection as the luxury specialist’s agency sales manager for the south-west.
Earlier this year, A&K set out to double the size of its agency sales team to four, with a dedicated agency sales manager assigned to the company’s four UK regions.
James Coughlan, A&K’s outgoing director of sales and business development, said Liddle’s "deep understanding" of the travel trade and "strong sales acumen" would be instrumental in expanding the operator’s reach and strengthening its partnerships with agents.
