Inspire homeworker secures £55,000 Jamaica booking
Will PayneInspire Travel homeworker Shaun Taylor has secured a booking for £55,000 on a family holiday to Jamaica, bringing his overall sales for September to £100,000.
Taylor has been working with Inspire for the last 18 months and opened his first store, Inspire Travel by Shaun, in Lincolnshire in June 2021.
He said investing in the store was "a big gamble, especially as we were still in the thick of the pandemic, but it has paid off".
"Achieving sales in excess of £100,000 is a massive achievement for me, and business going forward is looking positive," Taylor added.
"I am getting more and more enquiries every day as confidence returns. Cruises seem to be getting popular again, both ocean and river, and consumers appear to want more luxury now, after not being able to have one for so long."
He is now looking to employ his first sales consultant to help with the increased demand.
Lisa Henning, managing director of The Inspire Group, said the firm’s homeworkers have reported stronger sales day-by-day.
"We are so pleased that Shaun is doing so well," she added. "He has worked hard to get his business established and achieving £100,000 of sales in a month is a truly fantastic achievement."
