ITC has announced a brand restructure that will bring together Inspiring Travel, Private Clients and luxury sports tours operator Spectate under one universal management team.

Led by former Inspiring Travel manager director Lisa Smith, the new luxury division will see the reshuffling of multiple roles within the company.

Judie Hinkson has been appointed the new chief operating officer of ITC, while Paul Smith has been named as chief financial officer, focusing on driving commercial growth and client acquisition.

Di Selby’s role has expanded to include both trade and business teams under her new title of business partnership director. Kathryn Robinson has been named head of sales and service, and Natalie Russell-Blackburn Perkins has taken on the newly created role of head of business development and client partnerships.

ITC, which started taking customers to the Caribbean in 1974, is also celebrating its 50th anniversary with various dedicated agent developments, special events and multiple global fam trips involving over 50 agents. A special “Around the World” compilation of “50 Experiences for 50 Years” has been created to showcase the destinations and experiences offered by ITC brands, which also include Rainbow, a responsible tourism specialist, and Regent, a bespoke tailor-made tours operator.

Speaking about the restructure, ITC boss Phil Aird-Mash said: “Following a complex and strategic process, our focus is now laser-sharp, and we have an incredibly passionate and knowledgeable team leading us forward. It means a great deal to have our people working in their areas of strength in a complex business.

“As we celebrate 50 years, we have ambitious growth plans. Our team will work closely with key suppliers and trade partners to deliver truly personalised and exceptional products, experiences and services to ITC travel group clients.”
