Japan Airlines is launching a second daily service from Heathrow to Tokyo.
The service commences on October 29 with tickets on sale from July 14. The service departs London at 9.30am with the return flight leaving Tokyo Haneda at 2.45am.
Japan Airlines senior vice president EMEA Region Yoshitaka Ihokibe said: “Japan Airlines is delighted to announce the addition of this second flight on the London – Tokyo route.
“Not only does this allow us to offer greater choice and seat availability to travellers based in London, it also allows customers travelling from elsewhere
in the UK and Europe another option when travelling to and from Japan.
“We anticipate that demand for Japan travel will continue to grow and we are determined to answer that demand with the highest standards of safety and service as we continue to strive towards our ultimate goal of becoming the world’s most preferred airline.”
