A London-based travel agency has ceased trading as an Atol holder after being struck off and dissolved last month.
Wembley’s Trivoyage Travel ceased trading as an Atol holder on Friday (1 March), the CAA has confirmed.
According to Companies House, it was struck off on 7 February before being dissolved less than a week later on 13 February.
The agency’s website, trivoyage.co.uk, has been taken down and there have been no new posts to its Facebook page since June 2023.
According to the CAA, Trivoyage Travel Limited was licensed under a franchise agreement with Protected Trust Services (PTS).
Anyone with outstanding Trivoyage bookings should contact PTS by email using ask@protectedtrustservices.com.
The company’s filing history with Companies House dates back to September 2018 when Muthuraja Thava Mani was named as its sole director.
His appointment as both director and a person with significant control in the business was terminated last August, whereby Mohamad Asif was named director.
