Royal Caribbean has partnered with world traveller and entrepreneur Amar Latif to relaunch its trade training initiative.
A new Learn platform is available through the line’s rewards and training app, Club Royal Plus, and its revamped Club Royal desktop website.
The flagship module is delivered by Latif, who shares his own Royal Caribbean experience with agents, following his time onboard Anthem of the Seas and Wonder of the Seas.
The new platform will feature three new levels and give agents the chance to work from "Learner" status to "Expert" and finally "Guru", before gaining access to the "Royal Guru" accreditation.
Throughout the programme, the modules become more detailed and bespoke, and agents will gain access to exclusive ballots with higher prize values.
Stuart Byron, director of sales UK, Ireland and Spain Royal Caribbean International, said the new modules are designed to expand the knowledge of the company’s trade partners.
