When customers are looking to get to their destination in style and comfort, Qatar Airways has all the right credentials. In 2021, the major carrier was named Airline of the Year for an unprecedented sixth time at the World Airline Awards, which benchmark excellence in the sky.

The awards are managed by the international air transport rating organisation Skytrax, which also bestowed Qatar Airways with the title of Best Airline in the Middle East and the World’s Best Business Class. At the same event the airline scooped titles for its business class lounge, business class seats and onboard catering.

Elevated business class

Offer clients a new level of luxury with Qsuite. Available on selected routes, it offers the industry’s first double bed in business class.

Qsuite features a new quad configuration, which allows customers to choose to work, dine or socialise with their travel companions. Their business class suite can easily be transformed into a private retreat for one, or a private room for two, thanks to the sliding privacy partitions and doors.

QSuite’s fully lie-flat beds feature a turndown service, and customers will enjoy ambient mood lighting, dine-on-demand menus, high-spec media panels and generous storage space.

A global network

Qatar Airways flies to more than 150 destinations worldwide, connecting through its Doha hub, Hamad International Airport. Skytrax awarded it the title of the World’s Best Airport, thanks to its wide range of facilities, including shops, restaurants, lounges, rest areas and a spa.

Invite customers to explore Qatar’s culture, cuisine, shopping and desert adventures with a stay in the capital, Doha. Qatar Airways bills it as “the world’s best value stopover”, as package prices start at $14pp, including accommodation at a range of four-star and five-star hotels.

Available for one to four nights, customers can enhance their stay with optional extras at special rates, including breakfast, a Discover Doha tour and airport transportation.

There’s plenty to tempt customers to extend their stay, with options to suit luxury and older travellers, families, couples and solo travellers.

The Doha skyline
The Doha skyline

Once a collection of fishing and pearl-diving villages, today Doha’s crescent-shaped bay is surrounded by a vibrant skyline.

Qatar has a thriving arts and culture scene, so suggest a visit to one of the many museums and galleries or the Katara Cultural Village.

Recommend exploring the serene Doha Corniche waterfront promenade and indulging in some shopping at the Souq Waqif market and City Centre Mall.

The perfect match

This November and December Qatar will host the Fifa World Cup 2022, and a range of packages include everything football fans need, with flights, accommodation and match tickets.

Qatar Airways sponsors numerous sporting events and is an official Fifa partner for the tournament. The airline highlights the collaborative power sport has to bring people together, which reflects its own brand message – Going Places Together.

Key connections

Customers flying from the UK and Ireland can choose from 85 weekly Qatar Airways flights via Hamad International Airport in Doha.

This summer, the carrier will offer up to six daily flights from Heathrow and one daily flight from Gatwick, alongside 18 weekly departures from Manchester. It will also operate a daily service from Edinburgh and 11 weekly flights from Dublin.

Qatar Airways was the first Gulf carrier to join the global airline alliance oneworld, enabling passengers to benefit from at least 1,000 airports in more than 160 countries.

With its forward-thinking approach to hospitality, its accomplished team and exceptional record, Qatar Airways is an exclusive airline for everyone.
