TTG Media was honoured last night after it received two accolades at the Professional Publishers Association (PPA) Awards.
TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies was recognised in the PPA Event of the Year (Business Media) category with a Highly Commended trophy.
Meanwhile TTG editor Sophie Griffiths was also awarded a Highly Commended trophy for PPA Editor of the Year (Business Media) - a year after Pippa Jacks, now group editor of TTG Media, won Editor of the Year at the same awards.
TTG Media was also shortlisted in two other award categories – ttgluxury for PPA Business Magazine of the Year and TTG Media, for PPA Business Media Brand of the Year.
TTG Media managing director Daniel Pearce said: “To be shortlisted for such a prestigious and respected awards is excellent in itself, but I am especially delighted that TTG Top 50 Travel Agencies and Sophie were presented with Highly Commended trophies.
“It’s great to have been recognised in four very different categories – a true acknowledgement of the breadth and quality of our offering. I am very proud of the team.”
The Professional Publishers Association (PPA) represents around 220 companies, ranging from consumer magazine publishers to business-to-business data and information providers, customer magazine publishers and smaller independent companies.
Its annual awards ceremony is one of the most hotly-anticipated in the media industry.
