Aleenta Resorts invites guests to rediscover the Power of One

Thai boutique brand launches three retreats designed to maximise ‘me-time’

Responding to the appetite for solo travel Aleenta Resorts has launched a series of retreats at their three boutique resorts in Thailand that guide guests to take advantage the positive effects of ‘me time’. Whether they already embrace it or find being alone a challenge, the experiences have been created by the brand’s Ayurah Wellness Centre to offer different takes on the idea of positive solitude and its associated health benefits, with experiences that mirror local traditions and their location.

Aleenta Phuket is home to the brand’s flagship wellness centre. Here, the Mind Balance & Self-Love retreat combines health diagnostics with mindfulness coaching, meditation, Chakra Ka-vikasa energy alignment and somatic movement to encourage self-acceptance, personal growth, deep calm and clarity.

Hua Hin is a traditional local’s escape from Bangkok so the Rest Retreat at Aleenta Hua Hin Pranburi focuses on R&R. Guests can harmonise their circadian rhythm embracing the beauty of sunrise and enjoying early dinners from the resort’s 25-acre organic garden with rewarding activities in between. Specific villas also offer an outdoor bed experience to sleep under the stars.

In Thailand’s spiritual heart guests at Aleenta Retreat Chiang Mai can test out a silent retreat with Vipassana Awaken the Mind, or ramp it up to ‘Monk’ level with the Vipassana Deep Meditation option. This includes rigorous practice with profound silent-immersion sessions in nearby Wat Ram Poeng.

Anchalika Kijkanakorn, Managing Director at parent company AKARYN Hotel Group says, “Our programs resonate with the intersection of wellness and spirituality, reflecting the core of Thai culture, as we aspire to empower individuals. We're committed to guiding guests on a journey to slow down and rediscover their best self.”

The retreats range from three to ten nights and start from £365 per night based on single occupancy. This price includes accommodation, daily classes, wellness cuisine or cleansing program, health diagnostics, and a complimentary daily spa treatment.
