Mallorca

In Palma, Mallorca Audley’s clients can learn to cook traditional Spanish dishes during a hands-on cooking class, spend an afternoon exploring the old town on a private guided bike tour and relax on a private boat trip.

En-route north to Sóller, a popular beach town with a historic old town and vibrant port area, clients can join a shared tour of a family-run winery at the foot of the scenic Tramuntana Mountain range. From Sóller, they can explore with a specialist hiking guide, through fragrant citrus groves and visit the idyllic mountain village of Biniaraix.

Menorca

Clients can explore the hidden corners of lesser-visited Menorca in an open-topped Land Rover Discovery tour, learning about its history and visiting secluded pre-historic archaeological sites, as well as explore the island on foot with a specialist hiking guide finishing at the perfect spot away from the crowds by the natural bridge of Pont d’en Gil to watch the sunset. In Ciutadella, excursions include a privately guided tour tasting local delicacies such as Mahon cheese and tapas.

Ibiza

Highlights in Ibiza include visiting Dalt Vila (the old town of Ibiza is a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich history, traditional whitewashed Ibizan architecture, and cultural scene) with a private guide. Active visitors will enjoy kayaking in hidden caves from the coastal town of Portinatx and e-biking in the mountains, and clients looking for something a little different can spend time on a sustainable farm crafting their own Hierbas (a traditional liqueur).

Corfu

Audley’s clients can take a private walking tour of Corfu Town, meeting locals and sampling a variety of regional delicacies. In the northwest, they can visit the hilltop Palaiokastritsa Monastery overlooking the Ionian Sea, followed by wine tasting at a local, family-run estate.

Foodies will enjoy a culinary workshop preparing specialist Corfiot recipes using traditional methods (such as cooking on a wood-fired oven) that have been passed down for centuries in the home of a local family.
