Celestyal has announced the appointment of Rachel Wilton as vice president of revenue, product and shore experiences, effective immediately.
Rachel brings extensive commercial leadership experience from her previous roles at Virgin Atlantic, where she served as vice president of holidays and global sales. In her new role at Celestyal, Rachel will be based in the UK and report to Lee Haslett, chief commercial officer.
This newly created position will see Rachel focusing on the development of pre- and post-cruise experiences for the agent community, enhancing the shore excursion programme as Celestyal expands into new destinations and executing the company’s revenue management strategy.
Rachel will lead the global revenue and inventory management, shore excursions and data analytics teams. Her efforts will further strengthen Celestyal’s capabilities in demand forecasting, dynamic pricing and inventory management, while also fostering key partnerships with tour operators, hotels, airlines and excursion providers to deliver on Celestyal’s vision to ‘create unmissable experiences at sea and ashore’.
