Art, sport and cultural expansions bring additional options through collective.
Cultural Attractions of Australia (CAOA) has announced three brand new experiences to their portfolio now available in Sydney, Canberra and Ballarat.
At the Art Gallery of New South Wales in Sydney, visitors can enjoy an extraordinary experience with the iconic drag queen and cultural connoisseur, the fabulous Verushka Darling, who promises an unexpected perspective on select artworks. The unforgettable guided tour, Queen of the Courts, is a rare opportunity to see the Gallery through the eyes of a celebrated and irreverent guide. The 3.5 hour experience costs A$4,950 (approx £2,500) for groups of between 1-20 people.
In Canberra, the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) is synonymous with sporting excellence and innovation. For a truly exclusive experience, sports enthusiasts can enjoy the AIS Athlete Immersion Experience - a new concept into the world of Australian athleticism. Costing A$3,000pp (approx £1,500), this experience could include a guided behind-the-scenes tour with an athlete; swimming against a Gold medallist; conditioning gym training; tips on psychology, sleep and recovery, as well as lunch with an athlete.
Just 75 minutes west of Melbourne lies Ballarat, home of Australia’s largest outdoor living museum, Sovereign Hill. This heritage site is where history comes to life in a complete replica of a gold rush boomtown of the 1850s. The new experience includes a Sovereign Hill tour with an expert personal guide who will share the unique history of blacksmiths, wheelwrights and other tradespeople on the Goldfields, before getting hands-on with the opportunity to make a souvenir using traditional tools and textiles, guided by rare trades specialists. The experience costs A$199 per person (approx £100).
Exclusive to Cultural Attractions of Australia, these experiences can all be pre-booked through the trade and Cultural Attractions of Australia (CAOA) provides a single point of contact. The curated experiences offered through the collective are fully commissionable to trade.
