JG Travel Group expands Scottish tour programme due to demand

The newly launched six-day ‘Voyage of the Vikings’ is a Scottish adventure to the heart of the North Sea, exploring the Shetland Islands and their Viking heritage. Shetland was one of the first landfalls for the seafaring Norse and their lasting imprint on the islands is still evident today.

Highlights of the tour include a day exploring the second largest island of Yell and the most northernly inhabited island of Unst, which has the world’s largest concentration of Viking longhouses.
