Sessions will be available on the operator's agent Facebook page in the run up to Christmas, plus there is the chance to win Love2Shop vouchers
The training has been designed to help agents increase their product knowledge, so they are up to date on all the latest tours to promote ahead of the busy peaks period in January. In addition, agents that complete a training session have the chance to win a £30 Love2Shop voucher.
Between now and Christmas, three, 10 question training quizzes will be posted. Each will have a different product theme, covering UK, Europe and River Cruise and agents will have five days to complete it and email their answers to the operator.
Claire Dutton, trade sales manager at Just Go! Holidays comments: “We know agents often have a little more time in the weeks running up to Christmas and like to spend it getting ready for peaks. We have so much great product, both existing and new for 2024 that agents can promote, and we want to ensure they are up to speed on what to shout about.
“All the information to complete these training sessions can be found online or in our brochures and there is the added bonus of being in with the chance to win one of three £30 Love2Shop vouchers.”
Details of where to send the correct answers and how to enter the competition can be found on the operator's agents Facebook page. One winner for each session will then be picked at random to receive a £30 Love2Shop voucher.
