New partnership marks a significant milestone, celebrating shared values of philanthropy, inclusivity and community.
As a first collaboration of its kind, joint activity will include storytelling and brand ambassadorship, events, and a content programme.
Philanthropy is at the heart of the partnership. By channelling resources into local communities through their Art Academies, ÀNI empowers young talent and fosters creativity while providing tangible economic and educational benefits. With its network of mentors and advocates, The Conscious Travel Foundation is dedicated to supporting grassroots projects with links to tourism that leave a positive legacy —a vision perfectly aligned with ÀNI’s ethos.
Yeshi Phuntsho, CEO of ÀNI Private Resorts said: “ ÀNI Private Resorts philanthropic endeavours have always been at the heart of everything we do and our commitments towards sustainability, conscious travel and uplifting local communities align perfectly with those of The Conscious Travel Foundation.
“It is our belief in people and giving back that helps guide us sustainably towards a better tomorrow.
Reflecting The Conscious Travel Foundation’s holistic approach to positive impact, inclusion is another shared commitment with ÀNI.
The Foundation facilitated a trip for accessibility campaigner and TCTF mentor Sophie Morgan to the ÀNI Dominican Republic resort, to experience its inclusive design. Designed with step-free access the resort offers accessible rooms for guests with disabilities, with space for manoeuvrability and equipped with accessible features such as wider doorways and grab bars.
The co-founders of The Conscious Travel Foundation will visit ÀNI Sri Lanka this spring to engage directly with the Art Academies and explore other community-driven initiatives that demonstrate the resort’s commitment to social impact.
Olivia Cryer, co-founder of The Conscious Travel Foundation, said: "We are incredibly proud to partner with the team at ÀNI Private Resorts, whose values and ethos resonate deeply with our own. ÀNI’s support will enable us to continue to facilitate our annual programming for the wider travel industry, including our education and grantmaking programmes."
