28 Not Just Travel consultants and corporate team members have returned from a twin-centre trip brimming with praise for Sandals Resorts.
This particular Elite Experience, exclusive to Not Just Travel, stood out for the sheer scale of collaboration. It brought together Not Just Travel, UCHL, Sandals Grande Antigua, Sandals Barbados and Sandals Royal Barbados, and the tourist boards of Antigua and Barbados. Highlights of the Antigua leg included luxurious in-resort hosting, a beachside gala dinner, and the unique thrill of swimming with stingrays. Over in Barbados, the group enjoyed sunset serenades at the resort’s Sky Bar, a traditional gala dinner accompanied by steel drum music, and an unforgettable visit to the spectacular Harrison’s Cave.
The trip also featured world-class business coaching sessions designed to equip consultants with strategies to grow their travel businesses. “This blend of inspiration and practical training adds a powerful dimension to the experience,” says Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel.
Witt continues: "This was, without doubt, one of the best trips I’ve ever been a part of. Sandals Resorts and Unique Caribbean Holidays Ltd., pulled out all the stops. The entire team across every resort was incredible. We’re excited to further integrate Sandals into our sales strategy."
Faye Read, Business Development Manager representing Sandals Resorts, says “We’ve seen a significant increase in sales since we kicked off the initiative. Seeing everyone ‘wowed’ by the food, the service and the product offering at the resorts in Barbados and Antigua made all the work that went into organising the trip worth it. I am looking forward to working closely with the NJT team to continue growing sales together in the future.”
Diane Sullivan-Kaplan, a Not Just Travel consultant who attended said: "I feel so fortunate to have been part of this trip. The itinerary was thoughtful and inspiring, offering not just amazing experiences but also practical takeaways to share with clients and apply to our business."
Not Just Travel's continuous focus on coaching and development will see them host over 100 consultants later this year to Crete and Orlando, with even more trips planned for 2025.
