Leading homeworking agency Not Just Travel has launched its The TC Forum, an advisory board and community council for its travel consultants.
The TC Forum enables NJT management to learn from travel consultants and to hear their opinions, concerns and excitement about new initiatives.
Co-founder Paul Harrison said: “It’s a way of hearing what is working and what can be improved, but also a testbed for ideas and news. Every NJT consultant can share thoughts, comments and ideas with members of the Forum.”
Recognising that different consultants have varying needs and views, Not Just Travel has also launched its Diamond Committee is a forum for its high-achieving consultants who have reached Diamond status (over £500k in commission).
Steve Witt, co-founder of Not Just Travel said: “Mahatma Gandhi famously said, 'There goes my people. I must follow them, for I am their leader.' It’s a saying that has stuck with me, and on which Paul Harrison and I have built our business on. NJT is built on relationships and people, therefore it’s important to be led by the people that matter the most to us, our consultants. We are continuously investing - not just financially, but personally and strategically too - in the businesses of our members.”
Ami Wood, Not Just Travel consultant said: “This is an incredibly exciting opportunity to collate and share ideas and views.”
