Save the date for 15th November as Nova Maldives will be hosting an exclusive dinner in collaboration with the renowned Maison Taittinger. The soulful, all-natural island resort will invite guests to discover the nuances of Tattinger Champagne, one of the last large independent, family-owned Champagne Houses, over a beautifully curated dinner.

Set against a breathtaking backdrop of the South Ari Atoll, the evening will commence with a welcome glass of Taittinger Brut Réserve and a selection of delectable gourmet canapés. Following the welcome reception, guests will be escorted to an elegant dining area on the white sands, where a lavish five-course dinner awaits. Here, guests will indulge in a delightful five-course Champagne dining experience, meticulously paired with Taittinger’s finest vintages.

A culinary journey set to impress, guests can expect a selection of exquisite dishes from Gruyère and Parmesan soufflé, charcuterie, shellfish risotto, local and sustainably caught fish, chocolate mousse cake or red fruit pavlova. Each course is perfectly complemented by hand-selected Taittinger champagnes, including Brut Millésimé, Brut Prestige Rosé, Prélude Grands Crus, Comtes De Champagne Blanc De Blancs Brut, and Nocturne Sec Rosé.
