Lusso named Aito operator of the year for second year running

Trade-only luxury tour operator Lusso was named ‘All Star Tour Operator of the Year’ by the Association of Independent Tour Operators (AITO) for the second consecutive year during the recent AITO Agents KickStart Conference held at Hinckley Island, Leicestershire. 

Lusso Sales Director, Gareth Hulmston, and National Sales Manager, Kevin Gaddes, were honoured to accept the trophy from AITO Agents Chair, Gemma Antrobus, during a gala dinner and awards ceremony attended by over 200 AITO travel agents and tour operators. 

“To win this award for a second year running is a great achievement for all our team,” said Sales Director, Gareth Hulmston, “and knowing it’s voted for by AITO members makes it all the more special.”
