Travelopia Tailormade has announced the launch of its ‘Virtual Passport’ incentive programme across its three leading tour operator brands - Citalia, Sovereign Luxury Travel and American Holidays - to engage and reward travel agents ahead and during the peak summer season.
Running from now until 31st August 2024, the incentives programme focuses on a virtual passport whereby each booking made by a travel agent earns them a stamp. Each stamp sees agents win a £10 Love2Shop voucher, meaning that every booking and stamp can be redeemed and earns a prize.
The more bookings agents make, the more rewards they can win, and once three stamps are in the Tailormade Virtual Passport, agents can choose from a £50 John Lewis Voucher, a £50 Franco Manca Voucher, a case of Californian wine, or a Dock & Bay Beach Towel.
It doesn’t stop there, as accumulating 10 stamps in the passport will also see agents win all of the prizes, worth a combined total of £200.
This is the latest incentive from the experiential travel brands, designed to not only incentivise and drive successful bookings within the trade, but also to give back and reward Tailormade’s trade agent partners.
Simon Garrido, Head of Sales, Travelopia Tailormade said, “Over the last few months we have greatly enjoyed exploring how we can grow our initiatives and engagement programme to further support our valued agent partners.
“Following the success of our Tailormade Duty Free Giveaway incentive earlier this year which saw great engagement, we wanted to build on our agent support throughout the summer season with a new incentive-driven scheme that rewards each and every booking so agents can keep earning stamps and rewards. There are some great prizes to be had and it’s a fun way to not only inspire agents but also to reward them for the hard work they do during a very busy period.”
The Tailormade Virtual Passport is live for agents to collect stamps and win prizes from now until the end of August.
