Located just 15 minutes from Grantley Adams International Airport, Wyndham Grand Barbados, Sam Lord’s Castle All-Inclusive Resort is the perfect place for holidaymakers looking to settle into the relaxed island lifestyle of Barbados and soak up the sunshine.

Following a busy December, the resort has several new additions to offer guests in 2025:

The Oistin’s Experience at Wyndham Grand Barbados

Taking place every Tuesday at 6pm, the brand new Oistin’s Experience at Wyndham Grand Barbados brings the lively atmosphere of Oistin’s – a beloved staple of Barbadian culture – into the resort.

At Wyndham Grand’s Oistin’s Experience, guests can browse handcrafted jewellery from local artisans, tuck into delicious Bajan dishes such as BBQ Ribs, Baked Macaroni Pie, and Jam puffs, all while enjoying an evening packed with entertainment.

From live music and dazzling fire breathers to stilt walkers and singers, there’s something for everyone. It’s the perfect way to experience the authentic Oistin’s vibe without ever leaving the stunning resort.

New Dining Options

The resort’s dining options have been expanded to include 10 diverse culinary experiences.

From the all-new Oistin’s Experience to 24-hour room service, an entirely fresh menu at Sam Lord’s Grill and rum tasting at Burnt Cask Rum Bar, the resort promises to keep foodies satisfied. Plus, those looking to dine in luxury all day long can now enjoy plated brunch at fine dining restaurant, Castle View from 9am – 12pm daily, with children welcome until 7pm.

What’s more, guests can now build their own Korean bowls at the Styr Crazy Tuk Tuk food truck and there are lots more exciting culinary concepts on the horizon with barbecues on the beach and lavish feasts in the Presidential Suite soon available.

Shuttle service

Throughout the week, Wyndham Grand Barbados now runs complimentary shuttle buses for guests looking to enjoy a day out exploring the island with destinations including Carlisle Bay, home to several of the island’s most picturesque beaches and new shuttles planned for the capital, Bridgetown.

And, if the Oistin’s Experience leaves guests wanting more, on Fridays they can head to the famous ‘Fish Fry’ at Oistins Bay Gardens, thanks to the resort’s complimentary shuttle buses. Guests can expect a lively atmosphere filled with music performances, food trucks and plenty of dancing.

A family of four can travel to Wyndham Grand Barbados for seven nights between 18 – 25 April from £1,591.21pp from London Heathrow with Destination2. Includes flights and staying in a Deluxe Resort View Room. Package price is correct at the time of writing and is subject to availability.
