Royal Caribbean has become an official partner to the Eurovision Song Contest for the next two years, offering brand exposure throughout the event, as well as promotion for the contest’s host cities.
The cruise line announced on Thursday (4 January) it will partner with Eurovision Song Contest for this year’s event, held in Malmo, Sweden in May, as well as the 2025 event.
The sponsorship will mark Royal Caribbean’s European season, which will offer customers holidays to the likes of Spain, France and Italy.
Commenting on the announcement, EMEA vice president Ben Bouldin said: “The combination of Royal Caribbean International and the Eurovision Song Contest makes the ultimate partnership that will bring to life the very best of world-class live entertainment and a fusion of cultures from all over.”
Information on how to win tickets to this year’s Eurovision Song Contest will be released in the coming months, the cruise line added.
This year will mark 68 years of the singing competition, with the event to be broadcast in all 37 participating countries.
