Upmarket long-haul operator Luxtripper has begun a recruitment drive, offering “unlimited holidays” and remote working.
The operator offers 33 days paid leave and then “unlimited unpaid extra holiday days”. Remote working is allowed “from anywhere in the world” with “a good internet connection and the ability to work UK hours”.
Luxtripper was founded in 2015 and based in London. It has more than 100 staff across the UK and India and plans to increase headcount by up to 50% over the next 12 months. Last year it secured £1.2 million investment to expand its product range.
Nena Chaletzos, founder and chief executive, said: “Investment in people is an investment in our future, and we hope this new suite of benefits for our staff will allow us to take our company from strength to strength.”
It is currently recruiting marketing, technology, sales, customer experience, finance and product roles.
