Nobu Hospitality will mark its 10th anniversary in 2023 with five openings, including its first hotel venture into Africa with the launch of Nobu Hotel Marrakech on 23 January.
The Nobu Hotel Marrakech will offer 71 suites, the Nobu Restaurant and Bar, and a rooftop with a pool, restaurant and sushi bar.
The all-suite hotel will also house one of Nobu Hotels’ largest spas. The 2,000-square-metre Pearl Spa will offer relaxation areas, a heated indoor swimming pool, hammams, Jacuzzis, steam baths and saunas. It will also feature a VIP spa suite, gym and beauty and hair salon.
The property is a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, and is located in the Hivernage district.
In March the group will open Nobu Residences Los Cabos, which will offer 60 residences next to the Nobu Hotel Los Cabos. It will be followed by Nobu Hotel Atlantic City, which will welcome guests this spring. The hotel is within Caesars Atlantic City, which welcomed a Nobu restaurant in November 2022.
This summer the Nobu Hotel Roma will debut in the heart of Rome, offering 116 rooms and suites, a green-rooftop terrace, a spa and a Nobu restaurant. In July the Nobu Hotel San Sebastian will open, overlooking La Concha Bay, and offering 20 rooms and suites and a Nobu restaurant.
The Nobu Hotel & Residences Toronto is slated to welcome guests this autumn, offering 658 residential units, 36 hotel suites and a Nobu restaurant across two 45-storey towers.
