Anatolian Sky is launching a dedicated cruise brochure as it looks to branch out from its traditional heartlands of Turkey and Northern Cyprus.
The move is likely to be followed by further expansion into new areas, which could also include ski and safari holidays.
The new cruise programme will offer trips on a variety of vessels, including luxury yachts and gulets.
As well as trips from established destinations such as Turkey and Greece the offering will also feature the likes of Central America and The Seychelles.
“It’s a good opportunity for us,” said Anatolian Sky’s managing director Akin Koc.
“We can offer the agents all year round – not just in summer but in winter - the same authentic experience that we have in Greece and Turkey – [but] in Cuba.
The company has suffered from geo-political turmoil in its key destination of Turkey as well as in Egypt.
“We want to become a niche high-quality specialist tour operator but multi-destination rather than just Turkey and North Cyprus and we are keen to expand more into other destinations.”
