British Airways to switch Bermuda service to Heathrow
James ChappleBritish Airways has announced its London-Bermuda service will switch from Gatwick to Heathrow next year.
BA currently operates a five-times-weekly Gatwick-Bermuda service. However, a new daily Heathrow-Bermuda service will get under way from 28 March 2021.
It will be first time BA has served Bermuda from Heathrow since 1989.
Flights will depart Heathrow Terminal 5 at 2.55pm, arriving in Bermuda at 6.25pm.
BA will operate the route using a Boeing 777-200 aircraft, featuring the airline’s new Club Suite.
Tickets are on sale now, with return fares leading in from £510pp.
