Carnival Cruise Line has revealed an expanded European sailing season in 2024 with Carnival Legend offering departures from Dover, Barcelona and Civitavecchia.
The 2,200-guest vessel will sail a total of 17 voyages – beginning with a 12-day transatlantic from Baltimore on 15 April before leaving Civitavecchia on 26 October for the Caribbean en route to its new Tampa homeport.
Among its ex-UK sailings during the 2024 Europe season, Legend will offer a nine-day itinerary departing Dover on 28 June calling at Holyhead, Greenock, Belfast, Liverpool, Dublin and Cork.
The vessel will also sail a 12-day Iceland voyage from Dover on 7 July visiting Dublin, Belfast, Reykjavik, Grundarfjordur, Akureyri, Seydisfjordur and Invergordon.
In addition, Carnival Glory will sail a 14-day transatlantic voyage on 18 April 2024 including Valencia and Las Palmas before arriving to its new homeport of Port Canaveral.
Carnival said its 2024 European season looks to build on its 2023 offering with “over a dozen” cruises from May through October and departures from Dover and Barcelona.
