Hays Travel's apprenticeship scheme scoops diversity and inclusion award
Will PayneHays Travel’s apprenticeship scheme has been named Diversity and Inclusion Programme of the Year at the North East Apprenticeship Awards.
The inaugural event celebrates and recognises individuals and organisations involved in apprenticeships across the region.
Two Hays Travel apprentices, Molly Richardson from the York branch and Jessica Oliver from the customer services team, were shortlisted for Advanced Apprentice of the Year and Intermediate Apprentice of the Year respectively.
Jonathon Woodall-Johnston, chief operating officer of Hays Travel, said: "I’m so proud of all our amazing apprentices and the incredible learning and development team who support them.
"Our apprenticeship programme is at the heart of our commitment to enabling young people to reach their potential and vital to the success of the business."
