Jet2.com and Jet2holidays is adding a further 100,000 seats for summer 2019 at Stansted.
The airline and operator began operating out of Stansted last year.
It will base 12 aircraft at Stansted next summer, taking seat capacity at the Essex hub to more than 1.85 million - up 24% on summer 2018.
Jet2 will fly to 36 destinations during summer 2019. The additional capacity announced this week will be spread across Cyprus, Turkey, the Canaries, the Balearics, mainland Spain and Portugal.
Chief executive Steve Heapy said the expansion came in response to demand in the south and south east of England.
“Continued demand means we are adding extra aircraft and increasing capacity by more than 100,000 seats, giving local holidaymakers even more choice and flexibility with our award-winning airline and package holiday business.”
From Stansted, Jet2 will now fly daily to Larnaca and Paphos, and operate 20 weekly services to Turkey.
These include daily flights to Antalya and Dalaman, a four times weekly service to Bodrum and twice weekly service to Izmir.
It will operate nearly 30 weekly service to the Canaries - daily and double daily services to Lanzarote and Tenerife, a five times weekly service to Gran Canaria and three times weekly service to Fuerteventura.
Jet2’s summer 2019 programme from Stansted will also include nearly 60 weekly flights to mainlaind Spain and the Balearics, four weekly services to Madeira, 12 a week to Faro and more than 30 to Greece across Crete (Heraklion and Chania), Corfu, Rhodes, Kefalonia, Zante, Halkidiki and Kos.
