Jet2holidays signs deal with water park safety specialist

The engineering firm will inspect and audit more than 50 hotels featuring water parks across Spain, Greece, Portugal, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Turkey, and Croatia this summer. 

Jet2 said it would provide clients and property owners with the assurance that facilities “are not only fun for all but are industry-leading when it comes to safety too”.
 
The Fun Lab’s inspections will cover water slides, play equipment, flotation devices and inflatables. A Safe Fun certification is awarded to establishments that meet international standards, including the way they are managed.
 
The Fun Lab managing director Javier Salvador Marin said: “Together, we look forward to promoting a safer and more enjoyable experience for travellers.”
