New York’s JetBlue will increase its daily Heathrow-JFK service to double-daily, starting this weekend (25 March).
The US carrier, which launched its transatlantic operation in August 2021, will switch one of its daily Gatwick services to Heathrow instead, bringing its Gatwick schedule down to a single daily flight.
The new frequency will offer a day-time flight from New York, departing JFK at 8.30am and arriving at Heathrow at 8.45pm. The return leg from Heathrow will depart the following morning at 8.25am, arriving at JFK at 11.40am.
JetBlue’s other Heathrow frequency departs JFK at 9pm, arriving into Heathrow at 9.30am the following morning, with the return departing at 11.55am for a 3.15pm arrival in New York.
It’s now daily Gatwick service, meanwhile, will depart the Sussex airport at midday arriving at JFK at 3.15pm.
