The Institute of Travel and Tourism’s Network ITT event will return to Scotland next month.
The event will be held at the Waldorf Astoria Edinburgh – The Caledonian on Tuesday (20 February).
Starting at 6pm, guests will be greeted with a Champagne reception featuring canapes from chef Mark Greenaway of five-star restaurant Grazing.
There will be mixologists on hand from Peacock Alley bar and guests will be able to take in a Sabrage demonstration – the art of opening a bottle of Champagne with a blade.
ITT chair Steven Freudmann will be in attendance at the event, which will offer opportunities to network with ITT members and other industry professionals.
