Wizz Air has announced three new eastern European routes at Southend airport.
The budget carrier will launch flights to Lithuanian capital Vilnius, Romanian capital Bucharest and the Romanian city of Sibiu later this year.
According to Southend, Wizz will operate six flights a week to Sibiu, five to Bucharest and three to Vilnius using Airbus A320 aircraft.
Its Sibiu route will get under way on 30 October, followed by Bucharest on 22 November and Vilnius on 23 November.
Wizz joins easyJet, Air Malta, Ryanair, Loganair and Flybe at Southend airport.
Wizz has also added two new routes at Luton airport.
The airline will launch twice-weekly flights to Castellon on 9 December and daily flights to Vienna on 1 July next year.
