Not Just Travel has announced its "biggest-ever" annual conference will take place from 10-12 June at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park.
The three-day event has been brought forward from the winter to the summer and, according to the homeworking firm, will be "more engaging for both travel consultants and trade partners".
Over the weekend, co-founders Steve Witt and Paul Harrison will reveal the company’s latest developments in marketing, training, member benefits, customer service technology and senior management team, as well as details of an exclusive reward scheme, growth plan and corporate vision.
Witt said the conference "reunites our team as a family" and offers consultants "a clear vision forward of how to grow individually and as a business".
"In the past, our conference has been in autumn or winter, when people are usually busier with other commitments," he continued.
"We are bringing it forward so that our members can fully commit their time, attention and energy. Plus, drinks on the lawn in the beautiful Cotswold sunshine will be truly memorable."
Meanwhile, Harrison said it was "difficult" to find a UK venue large enough to host "our ever-burgeoning number of members".
The conference format has been overhauled from hosting a trade event on the last day, to having trade partners exhibiting with agents throughout the weekend. Guests include motivational speaker Michael Heppell.
"By immersing themselves into the event over three days, our trade partners can chat to our consultants without time constraints," Harrison added.
"This enables more natural, firmer relationships to flourish. After all, our business is all about relationships."
