Not Just Travel is set to “break the mould again” with the launch of a new homeworking model targeted at existing travel professionals.
The Bournemouth-based company – whose trade-facing name is The Travel Franchise – has focused on recruiting those new to travel or with limited experience to its franchise since its inception in 2001, with training for its 700 members tailored as such.
However, co-founder Steve Witt revealed exclusively to TTG that Not Just Travel will be launching a new, additional model in the last quarter of the year.
“For this, we’re going to be targeting people who have worked in travel before, and offering something a little different to what’s out there – not a franchise model either,” Witt said.
“We’re not looking to pinch from anyone else, though. It’s never been our style – we don’t need to.”
In addition, he revealed the “Not Just...” brand would receive a boost this year with the launch of a sister company.
“Not Just ‘something else’ is very much on the horizon too,” added Witt. “We’re a lifestyle company, so anything we launch will be lifestyle-oriented. It might be completely
separate from the travel business.”
